Deluge Doesn’t Upload (Fixed)

I’ve installed a one of favorite torrent client “Deluge” on Ubuntu. I was downloading well , but I couldn’t upload. My upload speed was 2-3kb/s. So i’ve tried so many way to fix it and finally i found a way. Deluge uses Download and Upload Ports separeted. So you should set this settings And that’s it.
